
Teacher Mini-Grants
The HVPFO is committed to supporting our educators by providing annual teacher mini-grants, enabling them to acquire educational tools or materials that enhance their classrooms and enrich our children’s learning experiences. Each year, teachers can apply to receive a mini-grant funded by the HVPFO, fostering an environment of growth and support.
How to Apply for a Mini-Grant
To apply for a mini-grant, teachers can simply email a brief description of how the funds will be used to hvpfo@hvpfo.org. Our team will review the email request and collaborate with teachers on purchasing the necessary items. For any questions or assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hvpfo@hvpfo.org.
Teacher Expenses
In addition to mini-grants, the HVPFO also supports our teachers by covering classroom expenses, such as binders, manipulatives, pencils, stickers, and more. Teachers can easily submit their receipts through the online reimbursement form to be reimbursed for these essential items. If preferred, teachers may request HVPFO to purchase supplies on their behalf by emailing hvpfo@hvpfo.org.

Teacher Membership Dues
This is where our amazing teachers will come to pay membership dues ($10) in order to join the PFO. We are a Parent FACULTY organization and your membership is so valuable to us!
