* Fourth grade friends: We love your enthusiasm! 4th grade spots will open only if space remains after 5th and 6th registration. We verify grade for every entry, so please register only when your registration opens.

Costs:

🎤 Cast Member: $300 (30 spots total) First 30 cast registrations prioritized; others will be waitlisted
🎭 Crew Member: $125 (6 spots available)

Key dates:

Mandatory Parent Meeting Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 6:30-7:30 PM in MPR: Many parent volunteer positions are needed and will be explained at this meeting. All parents of cast and crew will be required to attend this meeting.

After ski week, rehearsals run Tues/Thurs 3:15–6 PM (instead of until 5 PM)

PARTICIPATION & COMMITMENT

Since this is a team production with shared responsibility, please do not register your child if they cannot attend full rehearsals.
All students must attend every rehearsal, tech week, and performance — there are no understudies.
All participants must follow the behavior contract (three-strike rule).
There is a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, November 18th, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. All registered students must have a parent or guardian attend.

CAST INFORMATION

Cost: $300 (30 spots)

The first 30 spots will be prioritized, with any additional registrations being waitlisted.

This 12-week program (60+ hours of instruction) offers students the chance to learn acting, singing, and stage performance while working with professional instructors from Braver Players.

Cast schedule:

There is a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, November 18th from 6:30 – 7:30PM. All students registered must have a parent or guardian attend.

Auditions: Tues, Dec 2 | 3:15–5:15 PM | Music Room (students only – no parents)

Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 to 5:15 PM, starting on Tuesday, December 9th (with no rehearsals on select vacation days). After President’s Day Recess, rehearsals will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 to 6:15 PM.

Every cast performer’s family must contribute 6 volunteer hours during the twelve week session—the magic doesn’t happen without you and volunteers are crucial to a successful play.

What Crew Does:
Students work behind the scenes learning about:

Lighting, sound, and stage management
Costume changes and backstage coordination

Crew Schedule:

Mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, November 18th from 6:30 – 7:30PM in MPR. All students registered must have a parent or guardian attend.
Meets for 6 after-school classes starting 3/2/2026
Attends Tech Week (March 9–12, 2026) and all performances
For crew parents, there is a commitment of 2 volunteer hours.
