Here are the current volunteer sign up opportunities :

Jog-a-Thon Corporate Sponsorship Chair(s)	Be part of the Jog-a-Thon team to help secure corporate sponsorships from local businesses to support our school’s annual Jog-a-thon (Wed Feb 4, 2026). Email hvpfo@hvpfo.org for more info or if interested
Parents Night Out Auction Procurement Volunteer	Be part of the Parents Night Out team. Click on the link for a full description and email hvpfo@hvpfo.org for more info or if interested. Event is Friday, April 17, 2026
Art Masters	On Art Masters webpage, sign up using the Signup Genius links (volunteer clearance required)
Recess Art	Use Signup Genius link. First Thursday of the month 12-12:50pm (volunteer clearance required)

Volunteering On Campus 

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) welcomes approved volunteers on school campuses. To get started:

1. Apply for Volunteer Clearance Submit your application through the NMUSD Raptor District Volunteer System.
2. Watch for Confirmation Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying your clearance.
3. Sign In When You Arrive Each time you volunteer, please check in at the front office using the computer system. Bring your driver’s license for identification to receive a printed name badge to wear while on campus.

Volunteer Reimbursements

We greatly appreciate our volunteers and want to support them by offering reimbursement for approved expenses. To request a reimbursement, simply submit the online reimbursement form with relevant receipts or invoices. For any questions or assistance, contact us at hvpfo@hvpfo.org.
