Each year the HVPFO awards an annual scholarship to two outstanding graduating Seniors of Corona del Mar High School who attended Harbor View Elementary when younger.  Upon his graduation from CdMHS, Bradley Evans received this award from the HVPFO.  Bradley passed away too soon.  In June of 2001 The HVPFO renamed our annual scholarship to ‘The Harbor View PFO Brad Evans Memorial Scholarship’ in his honor.  

The winners of the 2024 Brad Evans Memorial Scholarship are Emmerson Boynton and Will Tanaka!
