On April 1, 2020, California Governor Gavin Newsom and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond announced an expectation that distance learning continue through the end of the school year. Orange County Department of Education Superintendent Dr. Al Mijares also made a similar recommendation. This is part of the statewide effort to flatten the curve and reduce the spread of COVID-19
Our district will follow these recommendations and continue with Distance Learning through the 2019/2020 school year and schools will not physically re-open. Therefore, all after school classes are cancelled for the rest of the year.
